  • Located in Matlacha, enjoy what this 3-bedroom 2 full bath townhome has to offer. With 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and 1 twin bed, guests can relax in this adorable and soothing space. Relax in the 6-person hot tub and enjoy the natural wildlife that surrounds you. Bring your boat, or rent one local to enjoy the quick access to the Gulf. Complete with AC/heating, an all in one washing/drying machine, bikes, kayaks, boat dock, paddle board and WiFi. The town offers many attractions alone with close access to Pine Island and Cape Coral. Just a short drive to Fort Myers or Sanibel beaches. This property provides all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay, and is one of the most peaceful waterfront areas in Florida. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
