Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett. Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe sind ausreichend vorhanden. Einen schönen großen Kühlschrank mit extra Gefrierfach gibt es auch. Selbstverständlich sind auch Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse und Liegewiese im hinteren Teil kann man ungestört relaxen. Überhaupt ist das Wohnviertel schön ruhig.
