"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"This property is stunning! The views are incredible from every angle. Amazing outdoor space - sunny, shaded, pool, grassy area, decks, verandas. The house is clean and updated and well decorated. Bed were comfortable and plenty of space inside for our family to enjoy. We went with 3 adults and 3 kids and it was great for all the ages (7y, 9y, 11y and adults!). "The hotel was next to a subway station. The staff was great. Rooms were large for Europe. Great rooftop and pool area."

"The hotel itself was beautiful and centrally located to the Acropolis and the Plaka District. The staff was exceptional, the Lobbie area, the pool the bar all beautifully maintained and comfortable for relaxing. The room I stayed in, however was not the greatest. The refrigerator didn’t work. The wallpaper on the walls were bubbling, the room had a overpowering perfume smell when we first arrived. I’m guessing to try to cover up any cigarette smell seeing that it is a smoking hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were stained. They probably need to be replaced."

"I had an offer to upgrade my stay to a better room which was not clear the price as they claim to upgrade the stay for 95 euros and they fail to inform that was additional per night, therefore I had to pay in full the extra amount. In addition I had to stay one extra night, so at check out from one room to another they came at 11am sharp to move my stuff, they did not even care that I was half naked as they open the door of the room without nocking the door looking for my stuff. At the next day on checkout they offer me the storage of the bag and they charged me extra for the storage. Considering that the hotel location is great they will not be an option for me I recommend to avoid this hotel and look for better options and choose this one if you cannot find anything else"
