This single storey, Master Builder award-winning home offers 150 square metres of decking - ideal for soaking up the sunshine, fresh air, and serene surroundings! At this Sandy Bay accommodation you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area - plus, there is a separate TV room. The Perfect Degree has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are each fitted with a queen bed. The third bedroom provides 1 set of bunks and 1 queen pull-out sofa bed. The living area offers a further 2 pull-out sofa beds. Additionally, you will find a spare queen mattress in the garage should it be required. Please note Sandy Bay is 5-10 minute drive from the house, and 15 minutes from Matapouri. For pure relaxation, style, and comfort come and enjoy The Perfect Degree! Please note that the driveway is steep and on a private road. The only downsides were that the cleaning could be improved and bedding provided could do with an upgrade, we provided our own linen so that was not really an issue but thought it worth noting for future guests.
