It has a living room with Smart TV, wi-fi, full kitchen, 5 bedrooms (4 suites), all air-conditioned. In addition, it has a wonderful outdoor area, with a swimming pool with hydromassage and LED lighting, garden and barbecue. We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay. \*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us; \*\*Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay; \*\*\*A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled); \*\*\*\*It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
