This was the first time that I encountered "hidden fees" in the trip which I was not informed about prior to the rental agreement and payment. Fees for electricity use which were not addressed prior to arrival and were totally unexpected. They could have increased the price of the rental slightly to cover this cost and I would have never noticed. Limitations on internet use were not explained prior to arrival and I was cut off from family and business for the last two days. I recommend that Homeaway advises their associates that they should forewarn their renters of the unexpected. I surely would have given consideration to other locations for sure. Relaxation of a vacation is more important then restrictions on a vacation. Otherwise, the rental unit was good due to location and travel tips from the q owners. ##### Jim O. Todo es como se describe el inmueble es de primera categoria y muy bien cuidado. Los servicios y accesos del complejo son excelentes, solo resta disfrutar la estadia. As duas tv´s Smart ajudaram muito com nosso filho de 3 anos que ficava vendo os desenhos que ele gosta no You Tube. A cozinha é super equipada com cafeteira, sanduicheira, forno elétrico, micro ondas e tudo mais que se possa imaginar, a Lana realmente caprichou nos mínimos detalhes para que o hospede não tenha que se preocupar com nada, além de curtir o local. Churrasqueira muito bacana na varanda gourmet que é bastante espaçosa. A piscina estava interditada para reforma, mas nem fez tanta falta. Além de toda estrutura do apart. e condomínio, segurança, vc terá uma churrasqueira a seu dispor pra fazer o seu melhor corte. A praia com Rio/Mar no centro de Imbassaí é incrível. Direcionando-se próximo ao hotel tem um carrinho de golfe, onde o motorista pode levá-lo bem próximo à praia. Mas tem que chegar cedo, pois com passar do dia, as barraquinhas enchem e Ñ há lugar para ficar à sombra. O condomínio fica próximo das principais praias Imbassai, Praia do Forte e Guarajuba.
