Apartamento legal, bem climatizado, área externa bacana. Única coisa é a garagem que fica ao lado e temos que ir até a portaria, parar, pedir pra o porteiro abrir e retornar até a garagem para entrar, no mais a localização é legal.

O condomínio fica numa ótima localização, os porteiros e demais funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis. Tem uma ótima piscina, academia. O apto é bem espaçoso, com varanda. O apto estava com cortinas empoeiradas, filtro de ar bem sujo e a limpeza geral estava razoável qdo chegamos. Somos alérgicos e tivemos crise durante toda a estadia. Foi muito bom ter ficado neste local pela localização e pelo condominio.
