The room was exactly as pictured. All the staff were friendly and our housekeeper did an exceptional job cleaning the room each day. The property is in a walkable area and walking distance to the beach.

Overall, everything was amazing. Location is great, directly on the beach with its own chair and towel area. Finding a chair was never an issue and the beach was somewhat quiet the whole time we were there. 7 minute uber ride from the airport and 15 minute Uber to Old San Juan.
We stayed in the Aire de Olive room and although we had a view of buildings, we also had a great view of the ocean. Room was clean and spacious for a couple. Aesthetic of the room and hotel is beautiful!
Every staff member we encountered were eager to help and always had a smile on their face. Special shout out to Diane who made the check in process very easy and seamless. She was informative and a delight to encounter. Do not hesitate to book!
