Habe ich nun dieses schlechte Hotel doppelt bezahlt. Nun habe ich eine Buchung in einem anderem Hotel. Wieder über Ebookers. Und die wollen nun auch wieder Geld. Obwohl bezahlt.. funktioniert ebookers nicht. Oder machen das die Hotels in Kolumbien so. Fühle mich nun betrogen und hätte gerne das Geld zurück."

"The hotel and the rooms are very beautiful, and it’s a great place for a relaxing “beach and pool” vacation. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was very nice. The cleanliness was reasonable, but we had to ask several times before the room was properly cleaned. The food is average. The breakfast is quite basic and the prices are high. The same applies to most food products in the area. If you plan to cook during your stay, it’s recommended to bring groceries from the city in advance."
