You are a renting an independent room with your own key in someone’s apartment. It’s kind of an hostel. You have to call when you get there or ring the bell that looks like more like a light switch on the left of the door. I thought for a couple of nights, just to sleep is convenient, great location.

Excellent for a brief stay, we needed 1 night in Madrid and this was perfect, VERY central and nice and clean and quiet. The lady that showed us round was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

Wifi was temperamental. Thank goodness I had International data plan. Staff was not the nicest although they kind of remind me of my grandma when she's pissed lol. I felt like I had tiptoe around and was being watched and judged daily. The place needs a renovation but water pressure was good and plumbing was fine. A working safe in my room so that was good. Location was prime though so you get the good and bad. Reasonably priced considering location. Definitely no breakfast lol. They also didn't respect my putting the do not disturb sign on my door and still proceeded to make up my room when I'm not there.
