I had a great stay, made even better by excellent customer service when I had a problem. Without this it could have been a really bad stay. Really comfortable room and well appointed. My overall impression though was of a team that look after and care about their guests.

From the welcome to departure the hotel was excellent, friendly helpful staff, lovely food, best breakfast excellent value for money. Wish we had longer as we would have loved to have used pool.

The location of the hotel is very good for exploring the Tain L'Hermitage region just across the bridge on the other side of the Rhone. From here you can walk around the hill of Hermitage and visit the wineries. The hotel is in a grand building, stylistically refurbished and has a fantastic view from the outdoor swimming pool. The staff are young, enthusiastic and professional and the host was excellent in making suggestions for local restaurants and wine shops. I would recommend this hotel.

Firstly, the location and access to this charming hotel are perfect. Secondly, the room was spacious yet cosy with a beautiful view over the river. Very comfortable. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel was beautiful as was the village it is situated in. The staff were friendly and very polite. Service was great too.

Convenient option for a stop pver,brilliant food in the restaurant. Breakfastvoilf have been better for the price charged and 4* hotel.

A lovely hotel. Room was nice, clean and cosy with a great bathroom and shower. Big windows and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. 2 minutes walk from the train station. On arrival we received a warm welcome from Gwendoline who was extremely helpful and a credit to the company. She recommended a nearby restaurant and bar which were also excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a great location in Lyon with easy access to public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and so was the bathroom with a great shower. The building itself is old and full of character and the layout isn’t conventional, therefore our room was only small but functional. There were bigger rooms but none available for the dates I wanted. Breakfast was plentiful and good value with lots of choices that set you up for the day. Would I stay here again, definitely

Very welcoming hotel. Lovely room overlooking the village. Courtyard restaurant under the trees was ideal for the hot weather. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
