I had a great stay, made even better by excellent customer service when I had a problem. Without this it could have been a really bad stay. Really comfortable room and well appointed. My overall impression though was of a team that look after and care about their guests.

If you want a corporate hotel this isn't for you. French, quirky.... we loved it!! Easy walk to the (small) centre of Castres. Fun staff and VERY interesting rooms. The website will show you what to expect. Enjoy your stay...

Amazing hotel, architecturally stunning and beautiful. The rooms are minimilist and functional but very clean. Bed was great. Only minor issue: toilet was separate from the bathroom and I had a real squeeze to get into the shower due to the way the door opened. The hotel is in the old town high up. Whilst it is only 5 minutes or so from the funicular railway, it's still a schlep to get into the city centre. Personally, the quality of the hotel and the views made the journey worthwhile.

Great right near the Autoroute

Exactly as advertised, for a budget hotel it has everything you need. It offers breakfast but has no onsite restaurant though there are a couple just 5 min walk away. The staff are very friendly and helpful and keep a very clean and tidy hotel. Just a 25 min walk into the city centre, I would highly recommend this hotel.
