Hotel nel complesso buono, ottimo ristorante e prima colazione. Ben posizionato, ha camere grandi e comode; unico problema: le tende non oscurano e in estate la luce può svegliare molto presto, consigliata mascherina per gli occhi. Se si vuole la pulizia della camera, bisogna per forza esporre il relativo cartoncino sulla porta.

Check in Rezeption um 18 Uhr niemand. Nach 10 Minuten habe ich im Restaurant gefragt, ob jemand für den Check In verantwortlich ist. Dann kam endlich jemand!! Die Dusche hat keine Türe. Das Spritzwasser ist im ganzen Badezimmer. Schade Sehr schöne Umgebung Leider kommt das Management nicht der Verantwortung nach, was Service bedeutet

So war alle okay. Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer war waz in die Jahre gekommen. TV ist auch nicht mehr so ganz neu. Die Sauna war nicht schlecht, aber für die Hotelgröße zu klein.

Nicht noch einmal !

Wir waren zum Glück nur zwei Tage da ! Für 4 Sterne hätten wir was besseres erwartet . Das Zimmer war sehr nostalgisch , unsauber im Nassbereich und die Matratzen waren sehr hart . Frühstück war gut und ausreichend aber Abendessen nur so lala ( Salatbuffet mit Vorspeisen nicht des Geldes wert . Wir kommen nicht wieder .

Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber, wir haben das Zimmer reinigen lassen und trotzdem viel Staub auf der Toilette, auf dem Seifenspender, Waschbecken und vieles mehr.Fenster ging nicht anzukippen,Lüftung im Bad ging auch nicht.Fussboden uneben und schief,da darf man es nicht mit dem Rücken haben. Sehr harte Betten mit sehr sehr weichen Kissen. Zimmer wirkte trotz geöffnetem Fenster muffig. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel würde man mehr erwarten. Keine Massagetermine bekommen,für alles wird extra verlangt. Maximal 3Sterne . Wir kommen nicht wieder

Das Frühstückspersonal sowie Reception war sehr freundlich ( bis azf die Köchin, die unfreundlich mit den Augen rollte ).... Restaurant war sehr schön und modern, allgemeine Räumlichkeiten des Hotels im guten Zustand. Zimmer war geschmacklos und altbacken eingerichtet, Matratzen alt, Ausblick nicht schön. ( Rennsteig erwartet man anderes)
