A beautiful family run hotel. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Incredibly clean and breakfast was great. Highly recommend to anybody.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Castel Hörtenberg in Bolzano. The location is truly perfect—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short walk to the heart of the city, making it ideal for exploring while still feeling like a private retreat. The entire hotel is immaculate. Every space, from the rooms to the common areas, is spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating—always going above and beyond to ensure every detail of your stay is perfect. Overall, Castel Hörtenberg delivers a flawless blend of elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality. Very Good Hotel I recommend, staff is helpful, and the breakfast was perfect, its in downtown near everything and mall and center , and its easy to go by car

We cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the minute. We walked in till the minute we left. The room was incredible. The grounds were breathtaking. Dinner was exceptional every night. This was our favorite part of our trip so far if you are going to be traveling to Lake Gorda make this year destination. The small town is a great place to explore and go to the other busier parts of Lake guard of. We love love love this hotel.
