This hotel is one of the cleanest I've ever been in. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. My stay was very short, but very comfortable. If my travels bring me into the area again I will definitely be staying here.

Loved the hotel. Super pizza walking distance from the hotel. Excellent breakfast. If you are traveling on I 35 North take Hwy 9 to Manly. It gets you there quicker than using GPS.

The walls were pretty thin; I was able to hear my upstairs neighbor snoring pretty much all night even with a fan going and every time they got out of bed to use the restroom, so I didn’t sleep much. The property also isn’t very well insulated as it was very humid in the building to the point where all of my clothes were damp. Even with the A/C and dehumidifiers running constantly it wasn’t much help. Overall it would have been a good place to crash for one night; it was clean and breakfast was mostly grab and go items, which is great for being on the road. I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer trip.
