About this property

Beautiful villa with private pool in the Lot near Sarlat / Dordogne

  • Petit Paradis is a beautiful authentic French Holiday house, with many special details and it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It has a lovely fenced private swimming pool (with waterfall) and a beautiful view over the countryside. A wonderful quiet location yet close to a village. The owner has personally performed the restoration of the house with a lot of passion. The handpicked stones that are used in the terrace come from the river Dordogne! The living room with fireplace has satellite TV, telephone, DVD player and a stereo. The kitchen of Petit Paradis is fully equipped and there is a separate dining room. You will be welcomed heartily by Marc and Dani!

    One of the four bedrooms is a large room with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons. Then there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is a second sofa / sofa bed and a cot available. In total there are 2 bathrooms.

    Outside
    The fenced private pool of 11 by 5 meters has a "beach terrace", Marc uses only natural cleansers in the water. The partially fenced garden is faced south -west and has a beautiful view. There is a large dining terrace, ample garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and a courtyard where children can play. This is just a French Dream come true...

    Environment
    Centrally located places like Gourdon, 8 kilometers away or Sarlat, 25 km away. Certainly worth visiting are: Rocamadour, Padirac, the Caves of Lacave, Souillac, Sarlat, Domme, Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, the castle of Beynac and the famous Lascaux cave. The Dordogne river is only 7 kilometers away. You can charge your electric car just a 5-minute drive away.

Excellent stay at Le Petit Paradis with 2 families and 4 children. What a lovely property set in a quiet unspoiled location. Amazing pool, nice and private and not far from shops and local sights. Aiming to return again in 2024 if we can.

Magnfique séjour en plein coeur du Périgord

Ancienne ferme très bien rénovée au coeur de la campagne périgourdine, terrasse et jardin spacieux et clos, magnifique piscine, aucun bruit si ce n'est le chant des ouseaux, parfait pour se reposer et visiter les nombreux villages alentours, Sarlat à 20 minutes en voiture, parfait pour découvrir la région, hôte adorable et aux petits soins

Hallo Lydia en Thijs, We hebben een superrrr vakantie gehad in Petit Paradis.  Het huis is gewoonweg af, niks op aan te merken. De prachtige omgeving, de rust, het super goede weer dat we hadden maakten onze vakantie af!  Niks dan lof voor de eigenaars, hij heeft er een plaatje van gemaakt. Als dit ooit te koop komt zouden we het graag weten😍 Onze Mazzel heeft ook mee genoten van ons verblijf.... Bedankt voor dit aan ons voor te stellen!  Mss kiezen we volgend jaar terug voor dit huis en anders zeker een van de andere prachtige huizen. Bedankt voor alles😙 Lieve groetjes  Karin Dirk en onze dikke vriend Mazzel

Genoten!

Nou... we zijn weer thuis. De tijd vliegt voorbij. Als je het naar je zin hebt. En inderdaad, een geweldig paradijsje heeft Marc gebouwd. Heerlijk toeven. Elke dag een zonnetje en een lekkere temperatuur. Gaf me ook de gelegenheid om door te werken, want zo'n vakantie was het. Mijn broer is (bijna traditiegetrouw) nog een paar dagen langs geweest met de tweeling (van 17 inmiddels!), was geen probleem voor Marc. Ze misten vervolgens hun vliegtuig in Bergerac door verkeersomleidingen en -drukte; dus kwamen ze weer terug en zijn ze noodgedwongen tot maandag gebleven. Nogmaals bedankt voor de supersnelle actie twee weken geleden. We hebben echt genoten... Wil je Marc en Dani ook onze dank overbrengen? We willen zeker nog een keertje terug. We horen graag van je. Geweldig! Een echt klein Paradijs!

We hebben het geweldig naar onze zin gehad. Het huis Le petit paradis en haar tuin met zwembad is werkelijk prachtig en erg volledig ingericht (eigenlijk door de bloemen en de leuke oude details in het huis nog veel mooier dan de foto's doen vermoeden). We hebben zondag genoten van een heerlijke lunch bij Gouffre de Blagour, erg gastvrije en vriendelijke mensen en een bijzonder plekje. Wij willen ook Lydia bedanken voor haar supervriendelijke service!
