9.2/10 Wonderful! (800 reviews)
We thoroughly enjoyed it's location. Was perfect.
The parking garage is a nightmare to navigate.
Biggest problem was the hotel was very cold because they don't turn the heating on until 1st November each year.
Fortunately the very pleasant reception staff lent us a portable room heater, without which we would have probably left the hotel earlier than we would have wanted.
We were there 17th to 20th October and the place was very cold.
Given all they have to do is recognise how cold the weather and forcast weather were going to be colder than normal, they could have turned the heating on. It's the flick of a couple of breakers to do this.

7.6/10 Good! (29 reviews)
"I booked based on price and Expedia guest reviews. Upon arrival I looked at Google Maps to see check-in time since I was early, but when I saw VERY negative guest reviews there I was very concerned and had I seen them I would not have booked here. With apprehension I entered and requested early check-in. ..."

7.8/10 Good! (132 reviews)
"On the whole the hotel was good but what let it down for us was the towels, I know it's petty, but the hand towel was the size of a face cloth and the bath towel wouldn't have covered a child, also there was a lack of a bath mat."
