The GPS map leading you to the property takes you down some super tight one lane roads that are really curvy and also on a steep incline and decline. The other thing is, when you pull up to the area to unload and check in, it's just a blank lobby with no signs for direction. You go in at the garage level and there is an empty space with 4 elevators but no signs telling you where to go. You have to take the elevator to the 1st floor to check in and then go back down to the garage level to get your things. Then you have to go to your room to drop your stuff off and then back down to the garage to park your car and the garage to park is about a 100 yards away. Not very convenient at all. And if you have a lifted vehicle that doesn't fit in the garage like I do, the adjacent parking lot is an even further walk away.

Our room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Out dated a lot but as I said the room was clean and smelled clean. Carpets stains I hall. Bathroom was clean . Shower drained slow but ok. Price was great and like I said clean room.

Dont Sleep on. Sleep at this Red Roof Inn. Best budget hotel we have stayed at in the area.

Let’s start with the lack of communication. I booked this hotel months in advanced for our trip to one of the biggest races in NC. When arriving we noticed construction to a side of the building being done, after driving 10 hours we arrived to an absolute awful hotel. While unpacking they told us to excuse the mess as they are doing renovations. We said no mind… until it was 8:30 at night and they were still making a bunch of noise doing construction. The lady on shift was in the same boat as we were and I was appreciative of her, but the construction or renovation crew was rude and tried to tell us they were ordered to work through the night. I for the better lack of words raised hell to their manager, they were doing the construction on piping that was right in front of our room. It was very inconvenient and very unprofessional. We won’t be staying again. Not to mention the bathroom we had, had mold along the tub, the hotel room smelt musky with a hint of bleach, and the pool didn’t work. Thanks for the stay but we won’t be coming back.

The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool
