Host had basic supplies on hand to get us started with our week and kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and house was located close to a major road that made it easy to get out and about but not so close that we could hear traffic. Host was super communicative. Our teens loved the living room as a hang out spot and the screened in porch was super handy to store all our beach gear. Washer, dryer and dish washer made things really easy.
