Had a wonderful stay at the Atterbury - Saturday/Sunday, August 22 and 23rd. Accompanied by my daughter and son for the Dominic Fike concert on Saturday night at Stage AE. The 2 ladies at our check in were very helpful assisting us and educated me on how to book direct as I have military discount and also a Marriott/BonVoy member. I didn’t realize the Atterbury was a BonVoy property. Beautiful architecture, atmosphere, decor here and pet friendly. Loved our room and view, we ate dinner and breakfast - The Drafting Room - food was delicious and staff was attentive and friendly. I recommended this hotel to several friends already! My daughter is an event planner - 6 years in NYC and complimented the style and venue highly! Fantastic stay and keep it up - I’ll be back :)

I want to start with staff - the staff was so personal and accomodating. They did everything they can to resolve the below issues.
Our first night: hotel is very appealing.
The indoor/outdoor pool was gorgeous and amazing how they had it separated. A plus of this property.
However, we decided to go into the hot tub following this.
Alone from other people's empty alcoholic beverage cups being all over, a feminine hygiene product came floating up in the hot tub. We instantly got out, went to our room and showered.
After showering, we had just assumed this was a one-off situation and let it slide. Until we laid in bed and the bed was soaking wet causing us to move rooms close to midnight.
Once finally moved (into a conjoined room) our neighbors decided to come back to their room for their personal time in which we heard everything - we had to knock on their door asking them to please be quiet.
Our next night, we came back to our room, said neighbors from earlier tried to come into our room from the conjoined door (actually shook our room from how hard they were pulling/pushing). I had to go down to the main desk and ask to be moved a SECOND TIME. Staff were very accommodating and understanding we did not feel safe in their hotel.
However, they moved us just for us to get into the new room and see the ceiling was leaking. At this point we gave up and told ourselves to get through the night since we were departing the next morning. We will not be back - horrible stay.

"Did not like the fact that I could not connect to the phone number given on the site. I called 25 times without being able to talk. I got lucky that I found someone on the location who knew where the keys were. The stove was not working when I reached. The electric kettle was not working."
