Place is clean but really basic and over priced. For 500$ a night you would expect absolute luxury but was really disappointed.
The staff are really nice and friendly which was the only positive from the huge price paid.

Absolutely fantastic! The hotel and our room was spotless and as soon as we walked in we were welcomed and made to feel special. Our room was incredible, so spacious and comfortable. Every single staff member at the hotel could not have done more to make our holiday unforgettable, everyone went above and beyond, were polite and friendly. Food was delicious and there was so much variety, the restaurants were fantastic with the best steak ever!! The pools made it feel like we were in complete paradise, overlooking the beach, plenty of sun loungers, brilliant entertainment and fantastic staff always there to get us a cocktail!

Location of property , service by staff, manicured landscape , pools and overall being at one resort all excellent.
Had a room closest to ocean and felt great. Sea safari by Jackson is a treat. Rooms are spacious.
Food options are many. We are used to some different taste we felt at their specialty restaurants. General buffet is outstanding with plentiful of choices. Overall you will be happy you stayed here.

"Nothing at all to complain about regarding the hotel, it was excellent, but just note that the bay and the tide makes it not ideal for swimming/bathing at all times. But on the other hand, there is a looong pool available, so if the idea is to exercise swimming, this pool was excellent."

"A/C in room 100 was not working at all, someone looked at it and still not cooling. Should have washer and dryer’s for the guest to use. 50$ for 1 load of clothing not folded. All in all the stay was great, people were friendly and the hotel was beautiful and clean."
