"Very good value and welcoming in every way.. A convenient location to reach from Bewdley steam railway and a short walk to the town centre.
The staff on duty were a credit to the Severn Valley Guest House and i would recommend this as a place to stay."

A literal 5-star stay. I immediate extended my stay upon arrival. Everyone is so lovely and the room itself is wonderful, spacious and clean. Thoughtful amenities such as milk alternative, coffee bags and light breakfast snacks. I’m already deciding when next to book my stay at 33.

This Hotel is next to Ludlow Castle, some rooms have view of the castle otherwise it's countryside views.
The manageress is Olga who is delightfully helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
The evening meal was really splendid, the venison was the best ever!!
Really good cheeseboard with local cheeses.

Easy place to find. Parking on site. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was comfortable.
Evening meals and breakfast were good.
Only negative comment to add is that it would be nice to be able to check in before 6pm on days the pub is closed until then.

A guest house in Martley is typically a larger establishment with more rooms, offering a more hotel-like experience, and may provide additional amenities including luxury bedding. In contrast, a B&B is usually a smaller property that focuses primarily on providing a room and breakfast. A B&B is often more personal, and breakfast is typically included as part of the stay, but other services might be more limited compared to a guest house.
