"You can’t imagine how traumatic this place was. The police had to come, I don’t know what was happening in the apartment. At check-in, the apartment was extremely dirty and clearly not in acceptable condition. It was impossible to stay there, and it’s also very far from the city center. I truly hope to receive a full reimbursement."

"I have been staying at Arcotel Donauzentrum for many years. On this stay I had two comments/complaints. The wi-fi was really spotty in my room. I have never had that issue before. It meant when I was in the room I had to be near the door. I have never had that issue before. I almost found the air conditioning to be a bit inadequate when I wanted it a bit colder."
