Traditional Villa built circa 1910 with original period features including Kauri floorboards, sash windows etc. Three double bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with large open fire.

Property includes modern purpose built games room with bar area, pool table, table tennis table, dart board, large screen TV, record player and log burner (for winter) and large pergola area (for summer).

Property is approx 900m from the town centre and walking distance to a number of local vineyards, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Property is pet friendly, with fully fenced backyard.

Amazing place to stay

The Mans cave/games room really makes this place and sets it above other stays. A great place to socialise with the whole family. Comfy beds, hot shower and everything you need for your stay completes the package. Thank you, ive already recommended the place to others.

Cosy, comfy, great location and fun!

Had a great girls weekend in Marti with this as home base. Plenty of wood for the fires which kept us toasty and a lovely location right next to Palliser. Everything you need and more. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, lots of towels and blankets.

House is great, particularly the external games room and surrounding grounds - could just do with a proper clean inside and out, and vegetation needs a prune. Amazing location, quiet area and perfect for a few nights or longer

The cottage was perfect for our stay. Was awesome to be able to have our dog with us because of the fully fenced backyard. Awesome surroundings, vines for miles. The games room is an added bonus!
