The structure is completely made of living stone from our land, with a ceiling in the shape of two stars that intersect in the suite and in the shape of a barrel in the alcove. The Suite is made up of a large bedroom with access to the relaxation area, where there is a hydromassage tub, a full bathroom with shower and a cozy bar corner. The Alcove, on the other hand, is made up of a living room with a sofa bed, with the possibility of opening, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.+++ THE HOUSE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE ZTL AREA AND DOES NOT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING +++ Guests will receive directions to access the property during check in. Parking will be on the street a few minutes walk from the property. The property is in the historic center in a ZTL area so it will not have a parking lot near the property. \- Smoking is not allowed; \- Pets are not allowed; \- Parties/events are not allowed.
