Wonderful relaxing break
We loved the style and ambience of this property. We were able to feel very relaxed and recharge. The facilities are excellent for enjoying cooking a delicious meal at home rither in the kitchen or the BBQ. Beds are comfortable and showerrooms all you need. We loved our stay.

The Best Experience Ever
This was an experience my family and I will never forget. The property was excellent and worth every penny. Not only was the property clean, it had all of the amenities one would need to vacation in Puglia. Martina Franca was a wonderful base for exploring the region. The hosts were gracious and very helpful. I am so glad we stayed in this home. Grazie Francesco and Carmella!

Perfect place to base yourself for touring
Our host Francesco communicated with us pre the trip and during our stay. Nothing. Was too much trouble. The house has its own security driveway and is less than 1 minutes drive from the edge of Martina Franca. We soon found a favourite cafe for Morning coffee. The vast garden and space inside are perfect for families. We used the washing machine and with the outside washing line it made clothes cleaning easy. We only cooked a few nights as we were exploring the region but found everything we needed when we did cook. If you’re looking for a spacious place with every comfort then choose this place. Francesco will ensure you have a great stay.

Excellent rural location yet close to town
Very spacious, stylish ground floor apartment with beautiful large garden. It was such a boon to have peace and tranquillity, yet be only 10 minutes walk to the excellent Caffe Florien and 15 minutes to the Centro Storico. We decided against hiring a car and instead made use of the train service to the neighbouring towns of Alberobello, Locorotondo and Ceglie Messapica. The station is only about 15 minutes walk. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The only down side was the need for a good dust under beds, furniture and rugs and a bit more attention to cleaning the shower rooms. I would definitely recommend.

Comfortable home, beautifully decorated.
This is a great house. Large rooms, great decoration. Really well equipped kitchen which we enjoyed cooking in and a kind welcome gift. Nice and warm in winter and with a log fire as well. Communication with host was great. We appreciated the cleaner coming mid stay, too - she even did our laundry. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A large, private space for parking and it all felt very secure. Two down sides - I felt it wasn't as clean as it could have been as it was a bit dusty. Bathrooms were clean though. Second, it wasn't a great area and further from Martina Franca than we thought. It was a good 22 minute walk to the old town and some of that on roads without pedestrian pavements. There are some decent casual local restaurants nearby but mostly we drove everywhere. Overall a great house though with a good host.

Lovely Setting, Comfortable House
Francesco's house is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Surrounded by lovely plantings, olive and fruit trees, you'd never know you were right on the edge of Martina Franca. There are several really good restaurants nearby, but the house also is a good place to cook, and there's a great barbecue area outside. It's just one of the several outside spaces available for hanging out. There's also enclosed parking. The clothes washer is in an outside room and there's plenty of space for hanging laundry to dry. Bedrooms are pretty spacious. Of the two rooms we occupied, one had a fairly soft mattress and the other had an extremely firm one (think board). Just a heads up. Wi-Fi is adequate though difficult with four people using it at the same time. We managed okay. Martina Franca has a nice old city section. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk there from the house. The advantage of being outside the city is that you can get out of town more easily. We found Martina Franca to be a good central location from which to explore other areas in Puglia.

A proper home from home!
We had a fantastic stay at Francesco’s house. It was a proper home from home and definitely one of the most stylish houses we’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen is really well equipped, which was great for cooking and the outside space is fantastic with a bbq and gas cooker/sink. A great spot to explore the surrounding area right on the edge of Martina Franca! Thanks Francesco!!

Wunderbare Wohnung in Martina Franca
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden , was man braucht. Die Outdoor Küche und die Terrasse haben uns gut gefallen. Martina Franca ist eine schöne Stadt und guter Ausgangspunkt um Apulien zu erkunden.

Great house, great region to visit
We are a French family of 5 people and we have really enjoyed our stay at Fransesco's house. All the communication before our arrival, during our stay and for our departure was very clear and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay a lot, it was a great discovery of the Poulia region. The house and the garden are really great, very well equipped and nicely decorated. To be recommended

Nice house in nice environment
The house is very nice; cool inside and literally everything is there. It does not look like a holiday home, but as the home of someone who just left for our stay. We did not meet the owner, but all questions were answered promptly. Very nice to stay both inside and outside on the terras or under the trees. Also the barbecue area was superb. Martina France is a nive city with an old center. The restaurants recommended by the owner very very very good.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung mit 6 Personen verbracht. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft in der Realität voll zu. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles was man braucht ist sehr ausreichend vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit Francesco war nett, freundlich und immer umgehend. Als sehr schön empfanden wir den regelmässigen Handtuchwechsel und das wöchentliche reinigen der Ferienwohnung. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und grosszügig. Die Aussendusche und die Aussenküche waren ein Highlight .. wir haben uns zu Hause gefühlt und würden dieses schöne Objekt am Stadtrand von Martina Franca wieder buchen. Danke Francesco für die schöne Zeit.
