Casa Licchia is a charming home in the heart of Salento, just 15 minutes from the stunning coasts of Torre dell’Orso, San Foca, the Grotta della Poesia, and Sant’Andrea. Authentic and comfortable, it retains all the charm of the past. Set on one level, it features a cool living room, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a delightful private courtyard – the perfect spot for outdoor evenings. Two connecting bedrooms ensure space and comfort for a truly relaxing stay.  
  
The house is arranged on a single floor and includes a spacious entrance directly from the street, with convenient parking right in front. Inside, you’ll find a cool and welcoming living room and a functional, well-equipped kitchen overlooking the private garden – a fragrant Salento oasis that offers intimacy and peace, complete with an inviting outdoor area for your evenings under the stars.  
  
Next to the kitchen is the first bedroom, with access to a windowed bathroom featuring a bathtub. A second bedroom, with high ceilings and a beautiful vaulted ceiling (volta a stella), connects to the living room. Finally, there is a third double bedroom, completing the home’s comfortable layout.
