The building is located in the center, on the town square of Martignacco, 3 km away. From a huge shopping center the largest in Friuli, and 8 km. From Udine a very nice and hospitable Friulian city; is located in a crossroads that takes you in a short time, just an hour to the seaside resorts of Grado or Lignano, while a few km. A. Daniele is home to ham. My residence overlooks a large garden, where there are parking spaces under video surveillance. It is an informal house, very comfortable and relaxing. The always varied and abundant breakfast takes place in the hall below, characteristic with original exposed stone walls. Beim Eintreffen wurde uns sogar ein liebevoller Grundbedarf an Lebensmittel bereitgestellt. Die Räume waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr geräumig (wenn man von der Küche absieht) und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die beiden genutzten Schlafzimmer waren perfekt, lagen zur Hofseite hin und waren ausgesprochen ruhig. Der einzige Aspekt, der uns negativ zu schaffen machte, war die eingeschränkte Heizung, die es in der anfänglichen Kälteperiode Ende April nicht schaffte die Raumtemperatur auf 17 Grad aufzuwärmen. ##### Rainer H. Al piano terra ci sono cucina, sala da pranzo, sala TV e un'altra sala con il camino e addirittura un pianoforte. Al secondo piano tre camere spaziosissimae e comode. In una delle camere è presente anche un bagno interno, le altre invece possono usufruire di un bagno comune. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugatrice, piatti, pentole, asciugacapelli, TV e altro.I proprietari sono delle persone squisite e attenti all'accoglienza. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento caldo con il camino acceso 😍 La sala da pranzo era apperecchiata già per la colazione e sul tavolo era presente una varietà di prodotti tutti di qualità (biscotti, frutta, tè, marmellata, nutella, panettone,...). Per non parlare della pulizia impeccabile. Insomma tutto perfetto e per noi sarà il punto di riferimento quando torneremo di nuovo lì, anche perché è a due passi da Udine ed è semplice arrivarci.
