The apartment is on several levels and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, electric oven etc.
The beaches of the Adriatic coast of Salento are about a quarter of an hour away by car.

A small gate opens onto the pretty typical courtyard overlooked by the loft.
Here, in the shade of a pergola and surrounded by plants, you can relax and enjoy the quiet of a characteristic village of the Salento hinterland, have coffee in the morning or dine al fresco in the evening.
The Martano Loft is spread over three mezzanine levels. The entrance on the ground floor is in a beautifully designed living room, furnished with 1 corner sofa, comfortable as a single bed, with star vaulted ceiling, exposed stones and fireplace.
A few steps lead to the first mezzanine, where there is 1 double bedroom, while 3 steps down lead to the shabby-style eat-in kitchen. A shower room completes the interior.

Martano Loft stands, as the name suggests, in the town of Martano, one of the most beautiful and lively towns of the Grecìa Salentina, famous for its courtyards and traditions.
The center of Martano offers all services, as well as a good number of cultural attractions, particularly related to the ancient Griko language.
The nearest beaches are those of the Adriatic coast, with Laghi Alimini, Frassanito and Torre dell`Orso just a 15-minute drive away.
The city of Lecce is less than 20 km away, while historic Otranto, with its marvels of the historic center overlooking the sea, is just 16 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Thermo fireplace not usable.
