It is VERY easy to access the home, via only paved roads and close to downtown Marshall. The home affords year-round access, does NOT require 4-wheel drive, and is NOT off any steep rural mountain roads; easily accessible to downtown Asheville. The home is situated on 24 acres of mountain property, affording private, safe places for kids to play & explore, adults to take a hike, and everyone to relax & enjoy the unreal views.

Great property with amazing views. So much space for everyone to spread out. Very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely would come back. Drive and driveway were much better than most mountain cabins you find in the area!

This property was very spacious and our group had room to spare. The views were beautiful and everyone agreed the beds were very comfortable. Mighty Tree Properties proactively contacted us regarding changing to this property in response to repairs that were needed at the original property.

#### Perfect Birthday Getaway

This house was perfect! We celebrated a Friend's birthday and the house had everything we needed to cook with. The basement is like this private cave where you can sleep so nicely. The beds are also comfortable. Everything is really clean. It's a beautiful place to walk around outside and it is very private. The pool table was great to have as well as the pool and the hot tub. We loved our stay! The hosts are perfect communicators. We hope to come back.!!

We had a fantastic time! The views from the pool and every room were exactly as the pictures depict. The location is extremely quiet and isolated, except for the occasional cow!(They are good neighbors). Garage parking for 5 cars which is nice! We will happily come back again in the future!

#### Beautiful location. Perfect for our family reunion!

We were very pleased with our decision to stay at this home. It was the perfect size for our big group and offered lots of rooms and hang out spaces that kept us from stepping on one another. The pool and the hot tub were a real treat after hiking and shopping each day. You can’t beat the views! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our hosts and the presort mgt team who were super responsive whenever we had questions.

My family and I stayed at this rental unit during my wedding weekend and it was exactly as described and shown in the listing! This property is clean, spacious, and private. The appliances are update to date and had just about everything we needed for our stay. Views are breathtaking.

#### The pool can't be beat!

The property was clean, and the management company was super responsive to any needs that we had. Just a heads up, the diving board pictured is not installed which was kind of a bummer. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

The property offered a 360 view of the mountains. There was a hot tub and the weather was perfect for use. This house was perfect for a winter break getaway. I can't wait to come back for summer. You will not be disappointed.

The view was gorgeous! Even more than the pictures can convey. The house is quite spacious and comfortable for a large group. We had as many as 14 adults and three kids at one point. I highly recommend this location to any large or small group who wants a larger luxury setting with a fun pool table and a beautiful view.

#### September vacation & wedding

The property was stunning, all the staff at Mighty Tree Properties were wonderful to work with, any small issues were resolved in a timely manner, the property is pet friendly as well as kid friendly which was great. House is exactly as pictured online and the pool area is fenced in. We hosted our small private wedding here and the outdoor space was perfect for it. Highly recommend renting this property!

Once you're there, it's awesome! Plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out and stay entertained. We each drove 6-7 hours to get there, so it was nice to be able to relax and unwind with plenty to keep the kids entertained and gather as a family for meals and games. The wide open space around the property was beautiful and spacious. It was nice being within 30 minutes to great hiking, and the cool historical towns around the area.

#### Perfect, perfect, perfect!

This house was so perfect! I got married about 15 minutes away from this property and I needed a house big enough for us and our bridal party. There was so much space! The girls got hair and makeup done while all the guys hung out downstairs and watched football the day of our wedding. Mighty tree properties were so flexible with us by adding extra nights last minute and they were always so responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

#### Top of the mountain

Pictures do not do justice to this property! It was heaven on earth. The house was amazing. Huge enough for 20 people. Every room was clean, bathrooms clean. Kitchen well stocked. I had gone wanting total relaxation. And that’s exactly what what I got. The pool was nice and warm and very clean. So was the hot tub. In the evening the cows would come graze right behind the pool area and we were throughly entertained by Roxy the next door neighbours dog. She bug out with us at the pool. Little love bug. We couldn’t have asked

#### Family Vacation

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed our trip to the Asheville area. The house provided more than enough space for us. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials (paper towels, TP, soap, etc.). The view is absolutely beautiful and the pool area is nice, but the outdoor furniture was not particularly comfortable for lounging/reading by the pool. The house itself is showing signs of significant wear: hole/scuffs on the walls, speaker wires hanging loose, stained rug, no balls for the foosball table, towels that need to be replaced, etc. The outdoor area is nice and offers a beautiful view. The pool furniture is not the most comfortable, but is serviceable. It was relatively cool during our stay, but the indoor temperature was quite warm during the nights

#### Spectacular View; Second Rate Upkeep

We spent a week at this home outside of Marshall, north of Asheville. From the moment we arrived and the view unfolded as we traveled up a narrow paved road, we were enthralled by the location. The views are just spectacular. The spaces in the house are good if a little quirky. An office/study has been converted to a bedroom and only has a powder room next door. The other two bedrooms on that wing have a shared bathroom The common areas are expansive but while inside do not make much of the view. The main bedroom is very large and the upstairs bedroom is as well. Walk outside and the view again reminds you of why this is a great place to stay. We covered with the property managers a list of two handfuls of things that should be maintained better. The biggest downside is the property uses a well without any tank so that the flow of water is very slow and the hot water runs out quickly. Love the view. Worth overlooking the issues. With a few changes it would be an even more pleasing stay.
