If it's your first time travelling during the COVID-19 pandemic, you'll notice new standards and rules in place. Take note of these tips and make your escape to Marsh Island a smooth one:

• Research if any travel restrictions apply to your origin and destination before locking in your flight. Also check if there are any requirements you'll need to follow on arrival, such as undergoing health assessments.
• You must wear a face mask at the airport, including at screening checkpoints. You should be prepared to adjust your mask for ID verification when asked by a TSA officer.

• Separate any food you have for screening. Food items often set off the alarm. Placing them in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA agent to handle and inspect your belongings.
