  • Very beautiful T4 completely renovated in 2026 in the heart of Marseille in a building classified as heritage of the twentieth century and built by F. Pouillon great architect of the post-war period.
    The living room includes a large fully equipped open kitchen (oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher), a dining table and a living room.
    The 3 bedrooms overlook the courtyard so they are very quiet in a very lively area! Each room is equipped with a 140 cm bed.
    Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate suspended toilet, hyper central, 7 minutes from the St Charles train station and 5 minutes from the old port, everything is done on foot.
    The Noailles market is 150m away, the Monoprix is 200m away, it is one of the most active and dynamic districts of the city with tram and Noailles metro at the foot of the building.
    The building is secure with 24-hour guards. High-speed internet.
    Non-smoking apartment!! (even at the windows) Cleaning fee 70€
    Note that the common areas need to be renovated but the apartment is brand new!
