Very nice contemporary studio fully equipped with 24m² + 30m² of garden, in a gated residence opposite the castle, very quiet, close to the city center, the small port, the beach and the train station.

Access to a private swimming pool (mid June to early September) and 2 tennis courts.

30m² garden: Very pleasant for quiet meals in the shade in a small garden with a view of the Château de Sausset. Equipped with deckchairs, parasol and a table with chairs in woven resin.

Description of the studio:
* Shower room: with shower, washing machine and WC.
* Entrance: sleeping area with bunk beds including 2 beds for 1 person.
* Living area: convertible sofa for daily sleeping, LCD TV.
* Kitchen area: dishwasher, oven-grill, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all accessories.
* Dining area with table and chairs.
* Storage cabinet with mirror .
* Miscellaneous: ironing board + iron, vacuum cleaner.

location sympathique, pratique et bien agencée, son petit jardin est très agréable.. vous apprécierez la mer et ses ballades à 5 min - le centre n'est pas loin non plus - avec son marché du dim mat où il y a tout - bref tout à pied, Sausset les Pins est calme et nous a beaucoup plu - c'était fin septembre , le soleil et un douce chaleur au rendez-vous.

studio agréable en plein centre de Sausset toutes les commodités boulangerie restaurant superette, mais très calme. Mme lheritier est très sympathique et arrangeante. Nous sommes allez à la plage de sainte croix à pied par le sentier des douaniers 4,6 km la cote est magnifique.

Le studio que nous avons loué était fonctionnel malgré ses 24m2 Nous avons apprécié la clim par cette canicule Nous avons apprécié aussi le petit jardinet avec sa terrasse pour manger en famille le soir Le lave vaisselle et la machine à laver étaient les bien venus La piscine a 30 a enchanté toute le famille Le manque de place de parking a été très pénalisant surtout avec des gens qui nous surveillaient tout le temps

J'ai passé un excellent moment à Sausset les Pins..L'appartement est cosy, très fonctionnel, lumineux, entouré de verdure & sans vis à vis... Dès les premières minutes on se sent chez soi. Mme Lheritier est aux petits soins pour faire de votre séjour un moment privilégié... A quelques pas de la Mer, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, marcher, courir, nager, se reposer, lire....profiter de la vie en toute simplicité. J'aspire qu'à une chose aujourd'hui y retourner!!

Agréable studio « cosy » un vrai havre de paix.

Nous avons passé de superbes et agréables vacances. Petit studio très agréable et paisible avec terrasse et jardin, joliment décoré à 2 minutes du centre de Sausset avec ces animations, restaurants, son port et quelques petits commerces, malgré la proximité le calme y règne. Le studio est très complet en équipements, correspond parfaitement à la description. La propriétaire est (très) disponible et toujours à l’écoute. Pour notre prochain séjour à Sausset, pour autant qu’il soit libre, notre choix est déjà fait.

Tout comme sur les photos un séjour agréable dans un endroit agréable, j'ai apprécié le lave linge et le lave vaisselle. Les petits resto le long du port sont sympathiques et on y mange bien. Appartement très bien situé, juste a côté du port et des premières plages de galet. Plages de sable un peu plus loin mais trés belles. L appartement est fonctionnel avec une très grande terrasse et petit jardin bien agréable et surtout au calme et sans vis à vis. Ravissant studio en bord de mer

Très beau studio à Sausset les Pins, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 5 de la mer, calme, très bien situé. Les commerces sont aussi à 5 min à pied, marchés et festivités estivales... De plus, le studio est très mignon et bien décoré, et parfaitement équipé, ambiance calme et belle terrasse donnant sur la forêt.

Nous avons passé un super séjour.La location est très fonctionnelle et très bien située par rapport aux commerces accessible à pied. Le rez de jardin est bien agréable. L’accès à la piscine est a deux pas de la résidence ceci ne pose pas de problème même avec les enfants. Nous conseillons très fortement cette location.
