Nice spot to stay very close to main town. Easy walk. Staff were very helpful and accommodating The room decor is weird. I guess the vibe of the hotel is 60’s but the pics of almost naked women on the walls is a bit off putting. Otherwise a great place to stay

We loved our stay here and will definitely come back to this property and others owned by this company. Easy walk to the picturesque city center on the harbor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a big plus. Rooms were clean, fun ana had good ac. Patio was a big plus. Cool hillside pool.

I have already recommended this hotel to friends! I was upgraded to a room with a West facing terrace which I enjoyed until early evening. The pool was idyllic and I was able to use it after check out. There are two routes to reach town below, one steepish and one more gentle, 10 minutes either way. Two very friendly receptionists to help with questions, the rest were ‘ok’. Altogether fabulous!

A hidden gem of a hotel. Absolutely adored the property. Warm greeting on our arrival, beautifully clean rooms, lovely swimming pool and surrounding area - lots of greenery. Steps down to the little town. Had an incredible time here. Highly recommend and will definitely return. And recommend to family and friends.

I loved staying at the Royal Cottage. The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is good and the best part is it’s so close to the town and harbour. Really lovely. I wish I didn’t have to leave.

Calm and healing retreat

I wish to thank all the staff for your warm welcome and kindness. After a very difficult week of travel my daughter and I did not want to leave the peacefulness and friendliness of the Royal Cottage. We cancelled other plans to stay longer as we felt so welcome and so comfortable. Thank you for a perfect stay 💕
