Ideally situated close to the village, the calanques of Marseille and Cassis, it offers a peaceful residential setting perfect for enjoying the gentle Provençal way of life.

With a floor area of 102 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a large garden.

The property is laid out as follows:

- An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a toaster, hobs, a fridge, a microwave, an oven and a coffee maker...

Outside, you’ll enjoy a spacious 800 m² garden, perfect for relaxation and socialising. There’s a table tennis table and a Weber barbecue so you can make the most of lovely evenings outdoors.

Sun loungers are available for you to relax on, as well as a dining area furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for sharing lunches and dinners outdoors.

The house also features a heated swimming pool, open from May to October.

For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional amenities: a dishwasher, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board…

From the property, you can easily reach the village centre and its amenities, as well as the exceptional natural surroundings such as the Sainte-Baume massif and the famous calanques of Marseille and Cassis. These unspoilt areas are perfect for hiking, rock climbing or swimming in turquoise waters.

The location is also ideal for exploring the Provençal markets in the surrounding villages, the vineyards of the Cassis region, or enjoying boat trips along the calanques. Marseille and La Ciotat, easily accessible by car, round off the experience with their harbours, beaches and numerous cultural and culinary activities.
