Good location for work

Nice location, great reception, bar and restaurant area, good breakfast with wide variety of choices. Clean rooms, more tired than the upgraded downstairs area. Our rooms both smelt of urine which seemed to be coming from the bathroom each day quite strongly, which was the only downside. The air-con blew warm which was fine for March, but could be a challenge later in the year.

Worst of Kyriad so far…

No welcoming, as receptionist was doing bartender too. Not even a water bottle on arrival. Drunk people shouting and jumping in the pool after midnight on weekdays. Too hot in the room, and A/C not working, so need to sleep with open window. Uncomfortable mattress, and pillow cover fitted inside out. Not respecting the do not disturb sign and opening the room anyway.

L'hôtel était très peu rempli. Néanmoins, alors que je suis tout a fait valide, j'ai eu une chambre pour personne handicapée, douche qui asperge toute la salle d'eau. De plus, la porte de communication n'était pas fermée à clé. Et à 7h30 du matin, un camion de livraison a stationné sous les fenêtres, moteur allumé, pendant près d'une demi heure.

Hôtel que je prends à chaque fois que je voyage professionnellement sur Gemenos. Tout le vas hormis mis les oreillers que je trouve trop dure. Et une petite bouteille d’eau dans la chambre serait un plus ou mettre a disposition une fontaine à eau. Le personnel est agréable et la nourriture très bonne. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt copieux.
