Valerie, I believe who was the hotel manager went beyond expectations and helping us with our every need. The entire staff was amazing. The balcony had the best view ever of the ocean. Absolutely would recommend it and would love to come back.

I like the proximity to the beach and Calangue. The AC goes down to 18C which is fine except gets VERY Hot during the night. Shade doesn’t cover the entire door but we brought eye masks so I guess it’s fine. The spa does NOT have a pool. It’s more of the toe dip. Outside of that, it is beautiful property with stunning view and very friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The hotel itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was its fantastic location. It was just a short walk to both the beach and the harbour, making it easy to enjoy the local attractions, restaurants, and beautiful views. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing break in a perfect location.

This is an exceptional location with an awesome view - it is worth spending the premium price for this!! The property and hotel are very nice. It is a short walk to the port where many restaurants and shopping are available. The restaurant downstairs is also very good, an unexpected treat! The beach is across the street!

The hotel was lovely and laidback which aligned with the pace of life in Cassis. The location can't be beat! You do need to provide your own beach towels or purchase them from the lobby store. The parking was confusing but there was plenty of public parking next door. It was a lovely stay!

We loved our stay at Mahogany. What a view! The accommodations and staff were great. The only note of negative feedback word be that the top floor room and pool were not available to use. However, we would not hesitate to return!

The view from this property is outstanding! Our room was comfortable, quite clean, lighting was good and shower water pressure was awesome. Prior to our arrival, I tried to call the property but several times the line dropped. Upon arrival and getting to our room, we had questions about ordering tefreshments, the spa, etc. but there was no way to contact the front desk - the # never worked. when we went down to clarify at the front desk, most of the time no one was available to ask questions and when I wanted to order refreshments by walking down there, no one was available to order. We wanted to have a massage so we signed up and there was confusion about that as well, the spa is terribly in need of rejuvenation. When we went to have our massage, workers were pressure washing on the roof and the floor was filthy.. overall we enjoyed our stay, but I would caution if you are interested about using the spa and communication with staff was difficult.

This hotel was mostly convenient to hiking the collapse of Cassis! The decor was fun and Bohemian! The room was small but had all we needed for a great night of rest prior to our long hike with trail head very easy to reach from this hotel. The view from the hotels restaurant was amazing.We wished we had booked a room with that view.

Great stay in Cassis with my 8 year old daughter. The exact room we reserved was ready and waiting for us, very clean and the staff was very welcoming. We enjoyed swimming in the sea, jumping off the rocks into the water, walking around the marina area and the breakfast. Parking is limited but the Hôtel helped us with a spot next door in a private lot. (€25) A lovely stay and we hope to return.

Superb location by la Plage du Bestouan. The garden room had a good sized balcony with a view of the spa. Beds were comfortable. The spa is free to use, but infested with mosquitos. There was no fridge, safe or coffee machine in the room. But you can get lovely hot drinks for free from the dining room in the morning - and ice on demand. The breakfast is not included and far too expensive: 25 euros per adult and 7 euros per child. We preferred to walk into town to buy pastries from la St Tropézienne boulangerie. No laundry service, but the Lavoir de Cassis is fantastic, includes washing detergent and takes card payment. Lots of good restaurants.

Hotel Mahogany in Cassis was truly the highlight of my trip after traveling through Europe. The location is amazing right in front of the beach and set up on the upper hill, which makes the outdoor seating area absolutely perfect with beautiful views and such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and spoke English, which made everything so easy. One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed us a free one-hour late checkout, which felt like such a nice gesture since that’s not always common in Europe. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Cassis.

The room was comfortable and reasonably spacious. We did not have a sea view room but the garden view was nice enough. The staff were very helpful and nice and the location of the hotel is excellent. Not too close to the noisy and busy main town area and steps away from a very nice (and popular) beach. The only issue we had was noise. We could hear the people in the room next to us talking late at night and early in the morning. It was rather disturbing.
