Un luogo di pace e tranquillità a pochi passi da Perugia e baricentrico rispetto alle principali località da visitare (Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto, etc.). La casa è molto grande e dotata di un ampio terrazzo dove si può pranzare/cenare. Sarebbe utile installare delle zanzariere a causa della presenza di numerosi insetti (d'altronde si trova in campagna!).
