Villa of recent architect, without any vis-à-vis, realized by the cabinet AKB of Marrakech.
The main villa is composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a master suite (available at no extra charge beyond 6 people), all with shower room, WC and large closet.
An outbuilding with 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms is available on request, please contact us for the price.
Around the large central fireplace, is articulated the European living room, the dining room and the Moroccan living room.
The villa was built in a beautiful olive grove of 10,000 m², facing the Atlas Mountains, and has a splendid heated pool (depending on the season or less than 22 degrees) in green mosaics of 16 meters. long by 6 meters wide, 8 sunbeds and a petanque in the shade of olive trees.
It has all the necessary comfort for a successful stay, a garden furniture consisting of a sofa, armchairs and poufs wrought iron, and a large garden table for 12 people that will allow you to spend pleasant moments on the shaded terrace facing the pool and the Atlas Mountains.
Samira, our cook, will take care of all your meals (purchase of the goods at the expense of the tenants) and Medhi, our guardian, of the maintenance of the swimming pool, the garden and the surveillance of the house.
Car needed.
Possibility to have a person to pick you up at the airport to guide you to arrival at the villa, as well as for your visits.
Ideal for family with children or friends.
Only the maximum number of people announced at the time of booking can be present at the villa. No party is allowed without our prior written consent, and no person met in town will be accepted by the keeper.

#### Excellente semaine de vacances entre amis
Propriété à l’écart de l’agitation de Marrakech. Les espaces sont très bien aménagés pour accueillir 3 familles. Quant à l’extérieur, il offre un jardin magnifiquement entretenu et une superbe piscine chauffée. Le personnel affecté a l’entretien de la maison et à la cuisine durant le séjour permet de pleinement profiter de ses vacances.

Super séjour en famille et entre amis! Comme tout le monde. Maison très agréable. Maison de propriétaire. Loin de tout, mais c’est bien précisé et c’est pas mal. Samira et Mehdi aux petits soins. Aucun problème logistique grâce à eux, des repas meilleurs que dans un restaurant bien noté de marrakech, et le sens du service client pour répondre à des demandes quelles qu’elles soient. Un super séjour pour nous et on reviendra.

La maison de Nathalie est le lieu ideal pour vous reposer. Au milieu de la campagne, devant les montagnes de l’Atlas, la piscine et l’immense jardin sont un havre de paix. Très belle propriété au calme, n hésitez pas à prendre le bus pour Marrakech. L’arrêt est situé devant la mosquée et il passe toutes les heures. Distance en bus, 27 minutes seulement !

#### Lieu superbe et spacieux !
Très belle villa qui crée le whaouh en arrivant. Le chemin pour y parvenir ne permet pas d’imaginer que se cache une magnifique villa dans un tel écrin … les photos ne donnent qu’un aperçu et ne restituent pas la réalité des lieux. Une dédicace toute particulière à Samira qui a été à nos petits soins durant notre séjour, un vrai rayon de soleil dans cette villa, chaleureuse, attentionnée a l’écoute. Elle n’a de cesse que de faire plaisir à ses hôtes. Excellente cuisinière elle a ravie nos papilles ! La communication avec la propriétaire a été fluide et très efficace. Ce lieu est désormais inscrite dans nos adresses de Marrakech pour un prochain séjour !

#### A ‘no brainer’ if you want to fully enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday!
We (family with 3 teenagers) had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed the beautiful house in every way. In reality the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. It is a half hour drive from Marrakech city and is easily accessible. Every day we were spoiled by Samira with her delicious Moroccan cooking and care. She really is a treasure. Medhi made sure every day that everything was spick and span and took care of the cute dogs. We could swim in the lovely spacious pool, play table tennis and jeu de boules. Inside it is very spacious, with all very nice areas and rooms. An absolute ‘no brainer’ if you want to fully enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday!

Magnifique maison avec de très beaux extérieurs, jardin très bien entretenu et piscine immense chauffée et superbe Les chambres sont très simples et les salles de bains nécessiteraient plus qu’un rafraîchissement Attention la maison est très isolée et aucun fonds de cuisine n’est disponible il vous faudra tout acheter Une petit apéritif à l’arrivée aurait été appréciable pour se sentir accueillis par les propriétaires Samira est le soleil et la chaleur de cette maison, elle est adorable toujours prête à rendre service et très bonne cuisinière

#### Un lieu particulièrement accueillant
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa de Nathalie. La villa est spacieuse et à l’écart du tumulte de Marrakech. On y trouve tranquillité et tout est absolument parfait pour se ressourcer. Chaque chambre est spacieuse et dispose d’une salle de bain personnelle ce qui fut fort appréciable. La piscine est grandiose et le terrain de pétanque un gros plus en terme d’activité sur place. Chaque soir on peut profiter d’un coucher de soleil absolument magnifique à l’étage de la villa. Fort appréciable à l’heure de l’apéro. Mais par dessus tout le gros atout de cette Villa c’est Samira, la cuisinière, qui vous préparera des plats marocains de folie (fini le restaurant), se pliera en quatre pour répondre à vos attentes, que ce soit pour vous aider à organiser des excursions, les courses, les taxis et tout autres besoins que vous pourriez avoir sur place. Un énorme merci d’avoir rendu ce séjour inoubliable.

#### Gateway to paradise
We just returned from a wonderful holiday in Morocco. Wow, what a fabulous house !! Finding the house the first time can be a bit tricky as you need to drive off the main road on a tiny track road through a local little village. Yet once you pass the gates, greeted by the ever so friendly and smiling Medhi it is literally like entering paradise. The house and its grounds are absolutely beautiful!! The pictures on the website do not capture the beauty, charm or size of the stunning garden and its trees. The pool is big and clean and really well looked after and the sunbeds comfortable. There is a great area for outdoor dining and relaxing. The bedroom upstairs has a beautiful flat roof which offers spectacular views of the mountains. Samira was absolutely delightful, and prepared the most delicious dishes. She was always ready to discuss menus with us and made sure we were always happy. She really ensured our stay in the house felt like a stay in a hotel. Medhi was friendly and helpful too. The location is a bit out of it so a car is a must if you want to visit the area or go on regular outings. We did some great outings to the mountains, Ouzoud waterfalls, Ourika valleys, Marakesh... The wifi may not always be great but we found a simple solution and just purchased a inwi card in the airport for about 1 euro per GB and that worked perfectly. The owner of the house was a good communicator and helpful but we never had any issues. We would highly recommend this villa and definitely hope to come again. Thank you all for a fantastic stay in Morocco, we will treasure the memories forever !

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine au sein de la villa. La villa est situé à environ 30 minutes de Marrakech, elle est très bien aménagé et est vraiment sans vis-à-vis. Le personnel de la villa est vraiment très agréable et très à l’écoute. Samira est une femme chaleureuse et aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. Elle a été à l’écoute de toutes nos demandes ainsi que de celles de nos enfants.

Je n ai pas passé un excellent séjour et encore moi un bon séjour, je dirais plus que j ai passé un extraordinaire séjour, un incroyable sejour un inoubliable sejour par quoi commencer de toute façon je n aurai jamais assez de place pour rediger vraiment tout ce que je voudrais dire commençons par la villa elle est tout simplement magnifique ultimement joli très belle et décorée avec goût l architecture est digne des grands noms j ai eu l impression que rien n a été laissé au hasard dans cette maison les grandes baies vitrées laisse entrevoir continuellement le magnifique et vaste jardin qui entoure la villa la vue est incroyable j ai biensur pu aussi bien profiter de la piscine très propre et a bonne température ideal pour la baignade les transats sont confortables et d une tres bonne qualité le petit salon extérieur très bien pensé également sans parler des soirées passées au coin du feu de la tres belle cheminée implantée en plein milieu du salon le tout dans un quartier vraiment calme et paisible sans aucune nuisance ou même vis a vis c est fou ce que cette villa ma fait du bien chaque endroit ou je pouvais me poser me procurait énormément de plaisir de part la beauté de l endroit parlons maintenant de l'exceptionnel personnel de maison Samira ne s est pas occupée de nous elle a pris soin de nous du début a la fin avec énormément d attention pour nous tous aussi bien moi et ma femme que nos 2 enfants mon séjour n aurait pas été le même sans elle, a l occasion de l anniversaire de ma femme elle m a été d une grande aide pour rendre ce moment inoubliable alors que je n avais absolument rien prévu pour le coup parlons maintenant de Mehdi le gardien de la maison tres gentil sérieux serviable et respectueux il se lève tôt afin de faire l entretien du jardin et de la piscine de manière a ne pas nous déranger j ai trouvé sa très professionnel (maison idéale pour les femmes voilées qui veulent être tranquille au bord de la piscine)si on a besoin de quelque chose il repond toujours présent je dis honnêtement chapeau au propriétaire et un grand merci d avoir mis cette villa en location j ai vraiment hâte d y revenir une chose est sur c est que chacun de mes passage a Marrakech se fera par cette maison j y reviendrai encore et encore et encore j ai trop aimé cette endroit la seul petite chose que je pourrais reprocher et que la piscine par contre n est pas du tout adaptée aux enfants en bas age comme les miens sinon expérience vraiment inoubliable

#### Moment inoubliable
La propriété est magnifique, très bien entretenue et était complètement adaptée à notre famille. Chaque couple avait sa chambre et sa salle d'eau. Les espaces de vie dans la maison et à l'extérieur sont parfaits. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée à l'extérieur. La présence de Samira pour la cuisine est vraiment très appréciable, elle fait le maximum pour que chacun soit bien et nous fait découvrir les plats locaux. Medhy est très prévenant. Séjour juste magique.

#### Super séjour dans une magnifique maison
Les photos ne mentaient pas, la maison est superbe, la piscine luxueuse, le jardin magnifique et le service impeccable. Les petits plats préparés par Samira étaient délicieux et Mehdi était toujours au taquet pour nous rendre le séjour agréable sur place. Nous avons pu communiquer avec la propriétaire des lieux très facilement pour toute question. Seul petit bémol: La difficulté d'accès pour les taxis, découlant sur un prix onéreux de ceux-ci, sans voiture de location il faudra prévoir 60euros pour faire un aller-retour vers Marrakech afin de s'approvisionner en courses Nous recommandons la maison à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour tranquil aux abords de Marrakech.

#### Séjour de rêve!
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine sans vis-à-vis et propice à la détente. Le bien est situé dans un environnement paisible loin du tumulte de la ville. Les chambres ont le confort nécessaire ( salle de bain et sanitaire) ce qui permet de passer un séjour sans empiéter sur l'intimité de chacun. Les chambres s'ouvrent sur un vaste jardin d'oliviers très bien entretenu par Sidi Mohamed où la végétation et la grande piscine à débordement invite à se reposer. Un spectacle d'une qualité rarement atteinte. Nous avons également apprécié le goût excquis pour le décoration et le choix des meubles hauts de gammes. Wifi de très bonne qualité. Nous avons donc passé une semaine de rêve à laquelle Samira a merveilleusement contribué par ses touchantes attentions, sa grande gentillesse et ses talents de cuisinière. Nous avons savouré un succulent couscous qui restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Samira a su répondre à tous nos besoins quels qu'ils soient et ceci toujours avec le sourire. Samira est le vrai trésor dans cette villa. Bravo!! Enfin nous remercions chaleureusement la propriétaire Mme Dupont Kouider, pour son sérieux, son suivi très rapide et les informations échangées. #### Grande Maison avec un magnifique jardin et un super personnel.
Nous avons réserver une semaine en famille en juin 2019 et nous sommes ravie de notre séjour. Spacieuse maison, grande piscine chauffée et surtout Samira qui c'est très bien occuper de nous avec le ménage et la nourriture, si nous revenons ça sera pour la revoir. Je conseille fortement cette endroit.
