    around a patio framed by red brick arches, set within a large, lush garden where various species
    (olive trees, palm trees, orange trees, lemon trees, and more) blend in perfect harmony.
    This villa is ideal for your stay with friends or family in MARRAKECH, just 7 minutes from the famous Jemaa el Fna Square
    in the medina and 7 minutes from Guéliz, the modern part of the city.
    THE VILLA.
    The villa is set on a 10,000 m² lot with a 4,000 m² landscaped garden and a 6,000 m² vegetable garden.
    The 460 m² villa is a single-story home and consists of 4 suites with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets (2 on the ground floor, one of which has a terrace facing the pool) and 2 upstairs with private terraces, each featuring a 200x140 bed and a living area.
    The ground floor is divided by a large, tree-lined patio and a fountain; the European-style living room and dining room are separated by a central fireplace; and there is a very comfortable Moroccan-style lounge for watching TV or relaxing.
    A large kitchen opening onto a courtyard with a laundry area. A large covered terrace where you can have lunch at a 200x200 table that seats 12 people or relax in a lounge area featuring two large sofas and two armchairs.
    THE POOL
    The 15x5 infinity-edge pool, heated in winter
    , features a large deck equipped with 10 200x90 sun loungers and 1 200x200 lounger.
    THE POOL HOUSE
    A 40 m² pool house includes a very comfortable living room, an open-concept kitchen, a bar with stools, and a high table with stools.

Scam owner

Careful if you want to book the villa. The owner is creepy he live next to you and watch you all the time. You don’t feel you live in villa. Feel you live in the prison. Also it’s dirty inside with a lot bugs. And they charge you for any small things that you don’t satisfy them. Also they are restrict to bring you friend come to hangout. They need check everyone’s ID to come during the day time. They can access the villa anytime while you staying there. It’s not secured. Be careful before you book it !!!

Can’t believe we left already.

What an amazing place. Jean-Claude and Afifa, the owners and their staff: Hamza, Aicha and Amina, we’re so warm welcoming and solicit that it made our stay even special. The house is astonishing and I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Marrakech than here. Ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together. Few days is not enough, you’ll want to stay more. Enjoy!

Vacances fabuleuse

Bonjour, Nous avons passer 15 jours dans la fabuleuse maison de Afifa et Jean Claude. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison, le personnel de maison est très aimable et serviable. Fatima et Khadija sont toujours aux petits soins. La maison est extrèmement bien situé au calme, près du centre et de l'aéroport. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour des vacances familial ou entre amis. Encore un grand merci à Afifa et Jean-Claude pour leurs gentillesse et accueil! A très vites sous le soleil de Marrakesh :) Famille ANSARI
