We have been delighted to receive guests like you, who are very kind and who share our  respect for the planet and take care of it by little daily care like shutting the light, the aircon.. when you are not in your room. We agree with your remark, we would like to don't use water for our guests in plastic bottles, but here it is not possible. However, we give all these bottles to an old woman who lives in the neighborhood, she sells them and so she wins a little money.
