Great little oasis in the Medina!
Great location for the Medina ie close to the main attractions but tucked up a quiet, short alley opposite the tombs and a Mosque. Staff very helpful and considerate. Eclectic layout and decoration makes you feel comfortable. Plenty of chill areas in and outside. Good buffet breakfast. Would stay there again when back in Marrakech.

Simpatico Riad in Marrakesh Kasbah
Safe Kasbah location. Welcomed at 11 pm with a Moroccan tea and a sweet. Perfect. Clean, quiet and organised. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Good breakfast. Roof terrace ideal for decompressing and getting acquainted with the energy of Marrakesh.

Younes and Jaleel make you feel at home. They make you feel so comfortable you forget that you are not at home. Clean place in the centre of the hustle and bustle. I would stay here again. Infact looking into it already.

We loved the room that was perfect for the family of four with teenage and adult child. The bond in the front court looked like a swimming pool in the pictures so that was a slight disappointment.

The staff was extremely helpful providing maps and suggestions of places to eat and visit. It was also conveniently located in an area with restaurants and shopping stands. Breakfast was included consisting of a variety of breads, fruits, and yogurt. You could pay for dinner and spa services. The riad has a multitude of places to sit and relax, including a rooftop area.

A lovely place for a few days break
Christophe & the team were great, very welcoming and helpful. Room was small and cosy. Could do with a set of drawers in place of the little table that served no purpose. Staff are cleaning public areas all day. Only reason for 4/5 was because there were some cobwebs on the ceilings in my room and the rug at the bottom of the bed looked like it needed shaking outside All The Time! As you walk in to the Riad it smells beautiful and relaxing, just like in a spa. The only reason for 4/5 on comfort is because the beds were rock hard and lumpy. Pillows v.comfortable tho. The whole place is pretty and quaint with corridors leading to what feel like bright airy indoor courtyards, designed as a lounge, pool area or reception area for example. You feel as if you're inside a castle. Rooftop is also pretty with lots of flowers and bushes, separate little seating or lounging areas in the sun and shaded areas too, or eating areas for the evening BBQs. Breakfast was simple, enough to fill up on & good variety for a continental style. Nothing special though. Perhaps a toaster would be a useful addition. You can't go wrong with the Riad. It's in the Medina with lots of shops, stalls, cafes & restaurants close by, not too far from the main market and opposite a lovely mosque.

This Riad has all that is needed for a simple, relaxing holiday. Other Riads I have stayed in have less private bathroom facilities too - a proper door is a bonus!

Highly recommend - clean, safe, great location by the Saadien tombs easy walk to Djemm el Fnaa. Friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool is small but enough for our kids to enjoy. Nicely decorated Moroccan riad. Good breakfast - , graeone of best places we stayed in our tour of Morocco.

Gorgeous Riad in perfect location
My husband and I stayed at this Riad for only three days and wish we would have never had to leave. Laurie and Eunice worked very hard each day to make sure our stay was perfect. We were picked up at the airport (arranged by Riad) by a very friendly driver Mohammad and I would recommend that as it can be tricky to find your bearings on your own in the Médina. The location of the Riad is perfect because it is directly across from the famous “saadian tombs.” It’s is a short and lively walk to the “Palais Badia” and also the famous Jemma El Fna market. It is a nice distance from the super super craziness but close enough to get there quick on foot. Our room was the perfect Moroccan dream, with lots of space. The shower was nice and hot with great pressure. We felt safe, happy and enchanted during our stay at Riad Amin in the Médina. We wished we could have stayed for much longer. We will be back.

this Riad is so convenient for everywhere!
This Riad is perfectly placed to access everywhere in the medina with local fruit and veg market, local souks and less than 15 minutes walk to the Jme el Fne. It is an escape from the mayhem with lovely restful areas on the two floors and the roof terrace. This is our third time at Riad Amin and we hope to return

Does the job!
We stayed two nights here either side of a tour, one of which was a more enjoyable experience than the other. Our first room was spacious enough and in a quiet corner of the Riad. The second night however was in a smaller room located over the main entrance alleyway which meant it was VERY noisy at night! Marrakech itself is a pretty crazy place... an acquired taste! This Riad is a little away from the main square/medina - good because it's more quiet area generally but bad if you would prefer a shorter walk there etc. Staff were lovely, we enjoyed a delicious dinner and they happily printed boarding passes too.

Lovely Riad. Centhral.
Lovely venue close to Tombs about 10 mins walk from main square. Sara was very helpful and friendly. The decor, terrace and pools are lovely. I took my 2 children and they played in the bigger pool which was right outside our room. Quiet at night and aircon in room. Room was OK. Bathroom let it down the most. Shower spayed water everywhere and it felt a bit shabby.

A real riad in a real Medina
Terrific location in the Medina, across the street from the Saadian Tombs. It may be a bit unpolished for some, but I appreciated the authenticity of the neighborhood. Easily walkable to many sights. Room was darling with beautiful mosaic tile and objets d'art on shelves. Staff didn't speak the best English but was able to get by. Massage was not good. Shower head sprayed EVERYWHERE and required extra towels. Pool is tiny but clean and warm. Breakfast was heavy on breads and pastries, as was most in Morocco. Staff made accommodation for early breakfast on day of departure. Wi-Fi was acceptable. No TV, clock, radio, phone.

superb refuge from the wonderful craziness outside
We have visited Marrakech many times but this was our first time at this Riad. It is very authentically Moroccan with lots of sitting areas and a beautiful roof terrace. The staff are exceptional, so helpful, so efficient. They work very hard and the Riad always sparkles! It is also very good value for money.

Wonderful oasis of calm in the Marrakech medina
The entrance to the Riad Amin is well hidden up an alley-way, so make sure you organise an airport transfer or you will have difficulty finding it. Once you step through the door however, you enter a wonderful oasis of calm, quiet and peaceful after the madness of the medina outside. The Riad has lovely rooftop terraces to relax and read on, and the rooms are wonderfully comfortable and air-conditioned. A great breakfast and English-speaking staff.

Lovely riad
Lovely riad (not hotel) close to the square (10 min walk or 2 mins in taxi), right opposite a mosque, lovely resturant next door, and shops/streetfood nearby. All staff are excellent, helpful & friendly, everything is cleaned daily, it has a TV lounge, pool, nice spacious terrace to relax on. My second stay at Riad Amin and I'd go back. My 4th stay in the area, locals are friendly and I always felt safe when travelling alone. Love it

Tranquil Oasis Away From Hussle & Bustle of Medina
On arrival at the riad we were met by one of the friendly reception staff who gave us mint tea and some biscuit. She highlighed several points of interest on a map and marked where the riad was. We then looked througn the excursions brochure and picked out three excursions/activities and she went away to get us a discount based on us booking more than one trip. We got a quick tour of the riad which was very clean and had a great little pool, lots of couches and areas to chill out and a small restaurant/ dining area. The decore is stunning with lots of small details and items that really give you that Moroccan feel. The terrace is large and has lots of chairs and loungers for topping up your tan. We booked through Expedia and requested the largest double room they had. This was the Marrakchi room. The day before we left we were told that there had been a mix up and that we would be in the Saadian room which is pretty small. After I emailed saying that we were disapointed by the mix up (after requesting the larger room 4 weeks before) we were upgraded to the Khol triple room which was stunning. I mentioned that it was our 8 year anniversary whilst we are there and found the bed decorated with rose petals every morning. Those kind of little touches really make your stay special. If we visit Marrakech again we will definitely stay at Riad Amin.

Nice hotel close to the Medina
Hotel was lovely, very close to the main square so it was good to go for a stroll or dinner. Staff were always helpful when you asked for something. I would recommend.

Good value for money
We stayed here for 1 week, it is within walking distance of quite a lot of the sights, about 10mins. amble to the souks and main square. About 15 mins. by taxi from the airport.Didn't use taxis much otherwise, but if using them make sure they start the meter or agree a price beforehand. The Riad is not easy to see from the street being up a small passage, once inside it is very welcoming, the staff are helpful and speak some English. Khaloud on reception speaks good English, so we never had any problems. The bend in our room was a bit on the hard side but o.k. The sun terrace was fine with seating in the shade as well as beds in the sun, there were also tables and chairs. The small pool is on the ground floor through the dining area. There food was excellent, as were the local restaurants. Most of the rooms are up flights of stairs somme up two flights, there is one room on the ground floor

Fab riad just what you imagine of a typical riad. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and bathroom great little pool and superb roof terrace. This was a romantic 50th birthday weekend away and we highly recommend it and excellent value. Dont hesitate just make the booking.

The Perfect holiday!
Stayed for a week at the Riad Amin. All the staff were very friendly, had a great sense of humour and helpful, nothing was too much trouble whatever our request and we were always greeted with a smile and a chat. Florence the receptionist helped us book some brilliant excursions to Essaouira and the Ourika Valley. Very fortunate to have the same driver, Rasheed, who stopped en route to point out things of interest. The Riad itself was comfortable and had lots of different areas to sit including a roof terrace. The room was small and basic but was clean and the beds were comfortable - all you needed for a base. Although our room was by the reception area we were not disturbed by comings and goings of other guests. On the whole it was relatively quiet at night and we slept well. The Riad was perfect for our needs. The only slight misgiving was that we had booked a deluxe twin room with Expedia and we were given a standard twin room. When we queried this the Riad's paperwork from Expedia stated a standard as opposed to ours which stated a deluxe. After discussion we ascertained that it was a failing that occurred due to a difference in translation in that what Expedia states as deluxe is in fact standard when actually in Morocco. A really amazing holiday would recommend to anyone.

Excellent, friendly staff in great Riad.
We've travelled all over the world and don't think we've found such friendly staff. We felt part of a family. Excellent value. Perfectly located for us as a couple. Walking distance of most places we visited. Plenty of taxis and horse drawn carriages on your doorstep. 15 minutes taxi drive from the airport. Do see the beautiful Yve St.Laurent's Jardin Marjorelle. Marrakesh is manic but brilliant. Would be difficult with young children. We loved the street food, particularly next door and also the Kashbar Restaurant/Cafe a few doors away. Embrace and enjoy the whole experience.

Wonderful atmosphere
very lovely hotel. great place to relax after busy day in the city. rooftop terrace with sunbeds, tables, chairs. Unfortunately breakfast was kind of limited and not very nutritious. Silent, clean and safe hotel with friendly staff.

PERFECTO, muy aconsejable
Muy bien situado, lejos del bullicio y a la vez cerca de zonas interesantes, (frente a tumbas saiadies) Con terraza tranquila y servicio propio de hamman-masajes, Desyuno completo, tienen servicio de cenas pero no las probamos. Riad mas que aconsejable. Dueños muy amables en todos los sentidos.
