A nice place to relax
Spacious and with a large swimming pool, and quick access to the public road to the center of Marrakech (15 min by car). Just one minor point: I would make the laundry room accessible to the tenants so they don't have to wait for the cleaning lady when she arrives. Furthermore, the staff is friendly and do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, though communication between them could be a bit better. But otherwise, everything is great!
Hello Philippe, We had a wonderful time at the villa. We were wonderfully relaxed. However, I do want to make a few points, to be honest, as feedback: The food is good, especially the tagines. However, the salad (nothing special, just rice with mayonnaise)and the quantity are rather meager in terms of portion size and content for the price you pay. Furthermore, there were quite a few communication problems between the staff and us. When ordering lunch/dinner, we had the problem that we couldn't just wash our clothes. We wear expensive clothes, and if we had the cleaning lady wash them, you already know the answer. Anyway, that's why I asked her if we could join her, but unfortunately, everything is locked until she arrives. I would also add a few more towels, etc., for the kitchen and bathrooms, and an ironing board, for example. Best regards, Nordine
