As well as the 5/5 ratings this hotel gets on all metrics, there are a couple of things that make this a great choice for the first time traveller to Marrakech... The owner is British and spends a decent amount of time talking his guests through the ways of the city. After our introduction we felt a lot more equipped to tackle the streets on our own. A lovely and charming hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Quick and easy to access from the airport and centre of town. Hotel manager and all the staff were outgoing, friendly and welcoming, they truly cared about our stay and comfort. Can't thank them enough. Excellent service throughout. Riad Joya arranged for our transfer from the airport and were met on arrival to the Medina by the owner Nourdine. Riad Roya is beautifully decorated and perfectly located in the centre of the Medina. The property is a peaceful oasis amid the bustle of Marrakech, with friendly staff and a small and calm rooftop bar area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here; it was perfect for a relaxing, slow-paced solo holiday. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful, providing excellent customer service. Food is important to me on holiday, and the food here was delicious—especially the fresh local dishes. The only small improvement I would suggest is more hanging space in the rooms for clothes, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This is the third riad we have stayed in and the best so far. Our suite (Ivoire) was spacious, beautiful and spotlessly clean. The owners and staff are beyond helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are plentiful and good. Great location if you want to be right inside the medina. Highly recommend it.

The accommodation was excellent, with a lovely roof terrace and great breakfast. The location was great, just slightly away from the main throng of action, but easily walkable. The service was exceptional, including arranging a transfer from the airport and providing an early breakfast when I had to leave early for a trip. I would definitely recommend and this would be my first choice should I return to Marrakech in the future.

Our party were treated like Queens. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and filled with those small things that make a stay special , robes, fruit, water, slippers and toiletries. This hotel is stunning. The décor is just like a palace. The inlaid marble floors, the painted ceilings, the intricate wood carvings and stucco, the gardens, the restaurants all make it so special as do the staff which completes a perfect experience. Fatima and family were very friendly and welcoming, and extremely helpful. Fatima spoke good English and gave us great directions and advice on where to go and where to avoid which made our trip easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

This was my third time visiting Marrakech and second time staying in the Four Seasons. I decided to come back because this place offers unparalleled service. Genuinely an incredible experience at Dar 73. What is hidden behind a small wooden door is exceptional. Convenient walking to Bahia Palace, Badi Palace and Jemaa El Fna. Great breakfast and food options for lunch or dinner. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, explained the area in detail, excursions available and we always so friendly. Our room was immaculate, spacious and accommodating. We would recommend this to any family or friends.
