"I have to say, of the 3 places I stayed in Morocco, this had the worst internet, but everything else exceeded the others and all expectations. Breakfasts were very good. The front desk staff was superb. A gentleman even helped me with my bags down the street to meet my taxi. "

"We had a superb stay at Riad Jona AGAIN, we stayed there 10 years ago & we were keen to go again. They have the nicest staff, they are all just really nice people. The Riad is beautiful & there are so many nice little places to sit (with a bottle of wine) All the staff are very helpful, breakfast is great, the bedrooms are so lovely. It has a very central position, however it is an oasis of calm. We will definitely be back again soon."

"Règle générale cet établissement est bien. Nous avons toutefois eu un problème avec le coffre-fort dans la chambre qui n’ouvraient plus la veille de notre départ. Nous avons du mettre de la pression à la réception pour qui nous envoie le responsable qui demeure à l’extérieur de l’établissement…il est arrivé à 23:00 pour régler la problématique contenue que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6:00 a.m le lendemain matin. Nous avons trouvé aussi que l’entretien pourrait être beaucoup mieux à l’extérieur, il y à beaucoup de carrelage endommagé sur les trottoirs."

"C’est naturellement l’emplacement. Mais, du coté de la salle de bain, c’est désuet. Une douche dans un bain et que le pommeau de douche ne peux fournir assez d’eau pour te laver correctement. L’air conditionné devrait être changer, ca fait beaucoup de bruit pour rien. Par contre, le lit était confortable mais pas les oreillers."

"For a city hotel this is quality. Roof top pool, restaurant amazing. I would of given 5stars but the bed and pillows far to hard and mattress topper needs to be thicker as my double bed was two singles pushed together. What is 5 stars are the staff all of them are so genuine. Special shout out goes to Samir keept bumping into him all over the hotel, so helpful and with a big smile on his face. "
