- Stunning newly renovated East Side home just 200 steps to the beach and bike path. Enjoy all that Marquette has to offer with walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, bars, parks, university and hospital.
Perfect for entertaining, the main floor boasts an open concept featuring two sitting areas, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a gas fireplace. In addition , there are also two bedrooms and one bath conveniently located on the main level.
The lower level features an additional living room with sectional sofa and tv, laundry room, bedroom, and full bath.
For all of your outdoor entertainment our home has decks located on both front and back. The front deck has a table for 4 and the large back deck includes a gas grill, picnic table, and comfortable seating.
