"We absolutely loved our stay at Nautica residences in Hillarys. The location is perfect with shops, food, beach and aquarium steps away. The property feels super secure with gated entry at all access points and the below ground carpark was very convenient and secure also. Our room had 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite which was wonderful and the kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. We stayed with our 8 month old who we were able to let crawl around as the room was clean and safe, the staff had a portacot set up for her with her own bedding and towel which was an added bonus! The pool was great but freezing! Plenty of space to laze around in the sun. "

"I thought the property was generally clean inside, but the exterior (Yard Patio) was not maintained. The interior needed some general upgrading, like window shades that were impossible to adjust, Shower door in the master bedroom that, if closed and latched was impossible to open easily. So if left partly ajar water spilled onto the floor. Bed in the master bedroom needs upgrading, and the comforter was old and shabby. Kitchen was adequate but needs a set of bowls for salad and serving etc. There was not can opener or wine opener.Washer only has cold water no hot setting.Over all the house was clean but the yard was in need of some major cleaning and watering. The location was good, close to shopping and Hillary Harbor. I think the property was over priced for what we got and I would not stay there in the future unless the property had a major upgrade."

"Nice, renovated, lovely big house with large modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms with great baths. We arrived at check in time at 4pm. The cleaners were still there, and they had not finished the job. Beds not made properly, floors not mopped, laundry sink dirty, pool was very small and had not been cleaned, leaves and sand in pool and a spoon, someone's swimming costume in the garden, weeds in the garden. outside bins overflowing and stinking . The cleaners were called back to finish cleaning by the owner but we refused as this was invading our privacy. We woke up the next morning to find rubbish absolutely everywhere at the front door in the gardens and driveway! It had come from the overflowing bins. The owner was hard to contact at first and it wasn't till the day of arrival we were contacted to sign the lease and then given a code for keys which was stressful as it was the very last minute and we travelled from NSW. The owner sent the pool cleaner on our second last day. We also had the water go off on us on one day. It seemed like it was one thing after another and was very disappointing as this was our first family holiday in a few years. It took almost 2 weeks before we got our bond of $750 back and i had to actually contact the owner to do this. The owner did however apologise on the above and gave us a reimbursement of $150 for cleaning. "
