It’s nice resort good location because you are little out of the crowd area but 10 min walking to it!
Rooms are little outdated but specious.
Liked that the beach is only 5 steps out.
Huge buffets if you like that and premium drinks.
Lots of activities!

Probably the best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The food was incredible, the pool area, beach, bars, rooms all 100% afternoon tea was lovely. A calm but beautiful hotel. Only thing I would change is the pillows, very hard, but I can live with it

I was satisfied with the facility. Although it is worth it to mention that we paid €35 each for Lavante restaurant but it didn’t worth it except a good view. They kept saying that the restaurant is fully booked but it wasn’t just to persuade us to book a spot there (lying is the last expectation I had).

We liked everything about this hotel 😍 The rooms, the food, the beach location and the shows. The only improvement would be an outdoor adult only pool.

Best hotel ever 10/10, great swimming pool, great view, amazing activities, nice beach, great food all day long, friendly staff, very clean, you wouldn’t need to leave the resort at all with the all-inclusive package! There were many families and kids during my stay tho! Yet, I’ll definitely will pay a visit again. 👍

This is a beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. Even though large it has a very intimate feeling and the staff cannot do enough to ensure you have a good holiday. Special mention to Ruthe who goes that extra mile.
Food was wonderful and varied, tables were cleared quickly and efficiently and plenty of sun loungers both around the pool and on the beach.
Only negatives we had were the indoor pool could have been warmer and more attractive to linger in and the Levante restaurant was a big disappointment. It was soulless and lacking in any sort of ambience, worn cabinets were against the walls and a used tea towel was thrown on one of them, no background music playing and too brightly lit.
BUT overall we were delighted with this hotel and would definitely come back.

This hotel has all the areas you like to see and enjoy in a summer resort,
Staff are very friendly and hard working to serve the guests
No shortage and fast serving of food and drinks when you like to have one
My only comment is about the reception, they are helpful but they need to try to smile a bit more!

It was decent.Room AC did not work and they told us it is central AC therefore it is not cooling.What a explanation.Buffet is fantastic for the first night than avarage for the rest of the stay.They did even fill up minibar even it was all inclusive.

thank you for your review. Our airconditoning system, although centralised, can be adjusted using the control which are in every room. It is worth noting that it will only work when the balcony door is closed.
The minibar is fully stocked on arrival and thereafter, tea, coffee and water is replaced daily. All hotel information can be found in the room directory.

The hotel itself was nice, clean pool beach spacious room toilet.
The food was horrible, air condition was very bad. Within the whole hotel and especially in the bedroom. I asked a few times to come and fix the ac in the room, they said they will send someone to look at it but nothing was done. Statf at the reception not helpful, lack of communication and friendlyness with clients. Lazy at work!! No explonation whatsoever about anything within the hotel!

The Weather in the morning it’s hot and in the night nice.
The serves in the hotel is very bad it’s below zero.
Some of the wetters in the restaurant they too much talking they just want money from you when you give them they don’t look after you even the porter

Check-in was done late hence dinner was over but the late dinner wasn't bad in taste but the staff starting immense cleaning which made very uncomfortable to finish the meal. In the morning, the real state of the room was realized as cleanliness was a major issue, at least a month old cobweb in the bathroom and general cleaning was sub par. Even the alley ways smelled at all times. A major renovation in terms of cleaning was due a long time ago. Food selection is quite nice & so is the taste however the service by the waiters could be given a training with relations to the guests. Overall, I wont be paying the high luxury price ever again at this property.
