Was there for 10 days toilet bins was never emptied or sheets or towels changed maids never entered our room once while i was there,staff at the pool restaurant took our food order twice and never even bought our order out but still billed us for them

Hôtel bien situé avec piscine agréable pour les enfants… Mais nous n’avons pas aimé l’accueil… a part le propriétaire qui est à l’entrée, le personnel n’est pas souriant, ne dit pas bonjour et la cerise sur le gâteau à été d’avoir à payer 5€ par jour pour avoir la climatisation ! Nous avions demandé une chambre triple car voyage avec enfant, nous avons été placé sous le toits avec une chaleur étouffante. Comme indiqué dans la description il y avait bien un canapé lit mais pas de draps ni oreiller! Pareil pour les affaires de toilettes pas de 3eme serviette! Bref nous ne reviendrons certainement pas dans ces lieux!

"Hotel" eher gedacht für Skat/Kegelclubs. wir hatten angeblich die besten Zimmer, außer besonders Groß hatten die den Scharm einer Jugendherberge. Die Fernbedienung musste zusaetzlich bezahlt werden...braucht man mehr als das vorh. Toilettenpapier muste man das selber kaufen. Kopfkissen fehlte.Düsche klein mit Mitropa-Duschvorhang. Kein Aufzug.

Värt absolut priset.

Man fick städning var tredje dag. Plaststolarna var utan armstöd mycket obekväma, det gick inte att sitta och njuta på balkongen. Enda minus för oss. AC kostar 5 euro/dag men vi behövde inte eftersom det var ganska behaglig på kvällarna såhär års.

STAY AWAY !!!! Dette hotellet ser bra ut på bilder, men mistenker at det er hotellet selv som har gitt gode referanser på siden her :-( Møkkete rom, skittent sengetøy og fult av mugg og sopp i dusjene.... Null service, fikk kun en rull dopapir for 5 døgn, trengte man mer måtte man kjøpe det selv på supermarkedet :-( Dette hotellet er det bare å holde seg unna !!!

The only thing i didn't like is that there were no lifts and we were on the top floor, there were 3 floors other than thst i could not fault this hotel. You are close to everything i love turkey.

Geldiğimizde güler yüzle karşılandık, ilgilenildi. Oda fena değildi 4 kişilik mutfak araç gereçleri mevcuttu. Duşa kabinin kapısı kırıktı duş başlığını takacak yer de sıkıntılıydı. 3. Gün temizlik yapılacağı söylendi ama yapılmadı bunu ilettigimizde duzeltilecegi söylendi,tuvalet kağıdı gerekli olduğunu söylediğimde biz yabancılara hiç koymuyoruz size yine iyi koymuşuz, köşede market var çok ucuz zaten gibi bi tavra maruz kaldık. Ertesi gün temizlik yapılmıştı. Plaja 10 merkeze 15,20dk . Konumu güzel.

Alle pigerne i receptionen er vældig venlige og yderst serviceminded. Lejligheden rengøres dagligt. Dog syntes jeg, der mangler et spisebord på balkonen og et tørrestativ.Har 2 små meget lave borde indenfor, ikke til at spise ved. Internet ikke for godt. Men alt i alt, et dejligt ophold. Og jeg kommer igen *SSS*

havuzunu çok beğendim. yeri fena değil. personel iletişimi iyi. çatı apartında 2 kişiden fazla konaklanmasını önermem. klostrofobikseniz çatı apartı almayın. buzdolabının kapısının yönünün değiştirilmesi gerekiyor, çünkü sabit masa olması nedeniyle mevcut haliyle kullanmak çok zor. değerlendirmem 4/5 olur.

Tesiste 4 kişilik bir aile olarak konakladık. Oda güzeldi. Ek olarak gelen yatak çok rahat değildi. Çarşaflar biraz yıpranmış olsada temizdi ve 2 gün sonra temiziyle değiştir. Mutfak eşyası yeterli değil, tedarikli gidin. Havuz güzel temiz sakin. Personel ilgili, güler yüzlü. Tesisin konumu çok güzel. Seneye tekrar gidilir.

Daha temiz ve titiz olunabilirdi

Fiyat Marmaris merkezin merkezi bir yere göre çok iyi fakat buna karşılık oda temizliğine hiç dikkat edilmemiş. Yatakların bulunduğu oda ve tuvalet oldukça havasızdı. Sabun hiç konulmamıştı. Yatak örtüsü ve yastıklarda saç vs. çıktı daha ilk girdiğimizde. Yerler üstün körü temizlenmiş. Yatağın yerini değiştirince altından bir sürü pislik çıktı. Kısacası bütçe sıkıntınız varsa tercih edilebilir yeri dolayısı ile fakat temizlik konusunda titizseniz sıkıntı yaşarsınız.
