"Location is in the middle of the old town right next to one of the plazas where markets and festivals can be held. Only 10-15 min walk from Bern train station. Across from Starbucks if you care for it. And no worries, no all-night loud music like some cities in Europe. Everything is packed up by 6-7pm. My room was small but comfy and enough for my needs. Would love to have a refrigerator in the room, but the communal refrigerator and the shared kitchen were great (everyone/all guests were respectful during my trip except a few who left their used dishes in the sink.) Extra love for the roofdeck where you could watch sunset with a 360 degree view.
All staff members were very helpful and gave me a bunch of good ideas to enjoy my Swiss journey.
The hotel setup is unique: self checkin via mobile phone (with staff assistance if needed). So, make sure you have your phone services ready."
"We have multiple rooms for our privacy. We also have a nice view and it's a non-smoking area. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Everything we need, we have it. It's very comfy! Staff were very friendly, very professionals. All the tourist spots are walking distance. We get to enjoy walking. Weather is good too!"
